Dave L. Webb
Sr. VP, Test and Evaluation

David L. Webb was named corporate Senior- Vice president in December 2005. Mr. Webb also serves as a Senior Program Manager. David has a cumulative of 27 years of Information Systems and Management experience.

David has been with DST almost since its inception in 1990 having joined as a Systems Analyst in 1992. Prior to joining DST, David spent twelve years in the US Army as a Signal Corps Officer. During his military career he served as a Tactical Platoon Leader, Staff Officer in Europe, Company Commander (twice) and having served in Desert Storm (1991) as a Brigade Task Force, Staff Officer and Executive Officer where he was awarded the Bronze Star. David is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and has a Masters Degree in Management. After joining DST his career has progressed steadily having started as the first DST member to provide full time support on our sub-contract at the Joint Interoperability Test Command, Ft. Huachuca, AZ. In that capacity he has been instrumental in growing that effort into DST's most successful long-term support contract where he became a Project Leader in 1998 and Program Manager in 2001.
