Bill Walden
VP, Development
Bill Walden has more than 42 years experience in the communications-electronics and IT fields. During his distinguished Air Force career, he served in numerous management positions, including command, staff, and operations/maintenance positions in tactical, fixed, and strategic Communications-Electronics units. He also served as Air Force Liaison Officer to a major tri-service research and development agency. After retirement from the Air Force, he joined a professional services IT company and worked on a variety of Department of Defense Information Technology contracts as systems analyst, task leader, and program manager. He retired from Northrop Grumman in September 2005 with 23 years of service. He joined DST in October 2005 as the Vice President for Development. Mr. Walden lives in Bristow, VA, and has a son, daughter, and five grandchildren. His son and family live in Carmel, IN, while his daughter and her family live in Bristow, VA.
