John Phillips
VP, Information Technology Solutions

Johnny Phillips was appointed corporate vice president in December 2003. Mr. Phillips also serves as Senior Program Manager for all IT solutions projects. Johnny has over 24 years of professional experience in all aspects of information technology and most recently in information systems security, information operations, network security, and risk management assessment. His experience also includes information systems requirements analysis, hardware and software specifications development, systems testing and evaluation, acquisition and program management support.

Johnny joined the DST family in May of 2000. Prior to joining DST, Johnny spent 22 years in the US Army. He served in a variety of Command and staff positions as a member of the Army's Signal Corps in units from company and division to theater level commands. Johnny is a graduate of Tuskegee Institute with a BS in Electrical Engineering and has a Master's Degree in Information Security from Eastern Michigan University.
